摘　　要：对配备了电动换挡、电比例自动换挡和带闭锁离合器的电比例自动换挡等3种类型变速器的装载机进行Ⅰ～Ⅲ挡全自动换挡速度曲线动态测试,以及在短距离装卸、长距离转运及百公里跑车等3种典型工况下的燃油经济性对比测试,同时对相关整机噪声进行长时间试验跟踪,得出了3种变速器对装载机性能影响的特点,为行业企业选用变速器提供参考。Three types of transmission used in the loader have been tested dynamically in I through III gears so as to dot respective speed curves for short distance loading and unloading, long distanced transfer, and 100 km travel, all for fuel economy comparison. At the same time, a long period of time is used to trace entire machine's noise level before getting respective characteristics of the 3 types of transmission that affect the loaders function, thus offering a reference for transmission choice by the industrial enterprises.
