摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量大豆溶血磷脂对白羽肉鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及脂肪沉积的影响。选取1日龄体重相近的健康白羽肉公鸡288只,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加100、200 mg/kg和300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂,试验期42 d。结果表明:①200、300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂组末重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200、300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂组较对照组料重比都下降了3.3%;② 100、200、300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂组全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③ 100、200 mg/kg和300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂组肠道消化酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);④ 200、300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂组胸肌含脂率和腿肌含脂率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);⑤ 200、300 mg/kg大豆溶血磷脂组ApoB蛋白含量、NEFA及HDL-C含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TG、LDL-C均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加大豆溶血磷脂能够改善白羽肉鸡的生长性能,提高消化酶活性,改善体脂分布,降低血脂,提高胸肌和腿肌含脂率,适宜添加量为200 mg/kg。The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary different doses soybean lysophospholipids on growth performance, inlestinal digestive enzyme activity and fat depositinn of white broilers. Two hundred eighty-eight 1-day-old healthy white male broilers with similar body weight were randomly allocated into 4 groups with six replicates per group and 12 ehicken per repli- cate. The control group was ted with a hasal diet, while the experimental groups were fed with the ex- perimental diets added 100, 200, 300 mg/kg soybean lysophospholipids in the basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: ① The final body weight and hody weight gain in 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg soybean lysophospholipids groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05), and the feed to gain in 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg soybean lysophos- pholipids groups were deereased by 3.3% than those in control group(P〈0.05); ②The eviscerated percentage, breast meal percentage and thigh meat percentage in 100, 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg centage, breast meat percentage and thigh meat percentage in 100, 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg soybean lysophospholipids groups were signifi- cantly higher than those in control group(P〈 0.05), ③ The activity of digestive enzyme in 100, 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg soybean lyso- phospholipids groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05); ④ The breast meat fat percentage and thigh in 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg soybean lysophospholipids groups were significantly control group(P〈0.05); ⑤ The ApoB protein, NEFA and HDL-C in 200 mg/kg meat fat percentage higher than those in and 300 mg/kg soy- bean lysophospholipids groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05), the TG and LDL-C in 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg soybean lysophospholipids groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05).
