摘  要:利用Aspen Plus软件,以DMSO为萃取剂,模拟研究了甲酸乙酯-乙醇体系的分壁式萃取精馏过程。以灵敏度分析工具对影响分离效果的参数进行优化分析。经过优化之后,分壁式萃取精馏可以分别得到质量分数为99. 9%的甲酸乙酯、质量分数为99. 4%的乙醇。与传统双塔萃取精馏相比,完成相同的分离任务,分壁式萃取精馏工艺热负荷降低6. 7%,而且减少了设备投资。The dividing wall extractive distillation process for separation of ethyl formate/ethanol system with DMSO as extractive agent is simulated by means of Aspen Plus software. The sensitivity analysis tool is used to optimize the parameters affecting the separation effect.After the optimization,the mass fractions of ethyl formate and ethanol reaches99. 9% and 99. 4%,respectively by dividing wall extractive distillation process. Compared with the traditional dualcolumn extractive distillation process,the dividing wall extractive distillation process can save energy by 6. 7% and reduce the equipment investment when completing the same separation task.
