摘 要:针对传统沥青改性剂价格昂贵、配伍性差及对沥青耐老化性能改善有限等缺点,采用特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)对基质沥青进行改性,通过正交试验确定了TLA改性沥青的最佳制备参数为:剪切时间40 min、剪切温度170℃、剪切速率5000 r/min;对经老化后的不同掺量TLA改性沥青的三大指标及黏度测试发现,随着TLA掺量的增加,改性沥青物理性能及耐老化性能显著提高;综合动态剪切流变试验、弯曲梁流变试验、沥青四组分及红外光谱分析,对比不同掺量TLA的改性效果,结果表明:TLA改性沥青的高、低温性能,胶体稳定性及耐老化性较基质沥青均有明显提高。In view of the disadvantages of traditional asphalt modifiers such as high price, poor compatibility with matrix as- phalt, and limited improvement of asphalt aging resistance,Trinidad Lake asphah(TLA) was used to modify the pavement properties of base asphalt. The optimum parameters of TLA modified asphalt were determined by orthogonal test:the shearing time was 40 min,the shear temperature was 170 ℃,and the shear rate was 5000 r/min. Three major indicators and viscosity tests on the aged TLA modified asphalt of different dosages showed that with the increase of TLA dosage,the physical properties and aging resis- tance of modified asphalt have increased significantly. Finally,the dynamic shear rheo|ogical test,bending beam rheological test, four-component analysis test and infrared spectrum test were used to compare the effects of TLA modification under the same and different dosages. The results show that the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,the colloidal stability and aging resistance of TLA modified asphalt are significantly improved compared with the matrix asphalt.
