摘 要:通过灰关联熵法研究了稻壳灰及丙烯酸钙对水泥强度和水化放热性能的影响。结果表明,稻壳灰和丙烯酸钙的加入降低了水泥的早期强度,但提高了后期强度;引发剂是影响1 d抗压强度的最主要因素,而丙烯酸钙是影响3 d和28 d抗压强度的主要因素。抗压强度最高时材料的最佳掺量为:稻壳灰15%、丙烯酸钙1.0%、引发剂3%、交联剂10%。稻壳灰和丙烯酸钙的加入降低了水泥的水化热和Ca(OH)_2吸热峰,60 h之前对水泥水化起阻碍作用,60 h后起促进作用;随着龄期的延长,稻壳灰/丙烯酸钙复合改性水泥的质量损失率逐渐增大。Gray relational entropy analysis method is adopted to study the effect of rice husk ash and calcium acrylate on cement strength and hydration heat release. The results showed that the addition of rice husk ash and calcium acrylate reduced the early strength of cement,but enhanced the late strength, the initiator was the most important factor affecting the compressive strength of 1 d, and the main factors influence the compressive strength of 3 d and 28 d was calcium acrylate,the optimum material dosage is 15% of rice hull ash, 1% of calcium acrylate, 3% of initiator and 10% of crosslinker. The addition of rice husk ash and calcium acrylate reduced the hydration heat the endotherm of Ca(OH)z, and it inhibited the hydration of cement before 60 h and promoted it after 60 h. With the increase of age,the mass loss rate of rice husk ash/calcium acrylate composite cement increased gradually.
