摘  要:研究建立了针对含有大量玻化微珠颗粒的二维保温混凝土细观模型,给出了一种基于图片数字化处理方法的背景网格划分方法,有效克服了由于模型尺寸小、数量大等因素造成的有限元网格划分困难的问题。采用该模型进行保温混凝土导热系数数值模拟,并与试验数据相比较,验证了模型的有效性,且误差较小。对3种不同粗骨料形状的保温混凝土的导热系数进行了模拟分析,结果表明,粗骨料形状对保温混凝土的导热系数影响不大。In this study,a background-grid method based on digital image processing method is proposed for thermal insula- tion concrete (TIC) containing a large number of glazed hollow bead. This method can effectively overcome the problem of limited element mesh generation caused by the factors of small model size and large number and a 2-D meso-scale model of TIC is es- tablished. The thermal conductivity of the TIC was numerically simulated,and the numerical results were compared with the exper- imental data to verify the effectiveness of the model and the error is small. Finally,the thermal conductivity of TIC with three dif- ferent shapes of coarse aggregate is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the shape of coarse aggregate has little effect on the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation concrete.
