利用锰渣及再生集料制备蒸压制品试验研究

摘　　要：以锰渣及再生集料作为主要原料制备蒸压制品。通过对锰渣进行预处理,使其满足制砖原料要求。主要研究了石灰、水泥、锰渣及再生集料掺量对蒸压制品力学性能的影响。结果表明,最佳质量配比(干基)为:水泥20%、石灰6%、锰渣59%、再生集料15%,所制备的蒸压制品强度等级达到MU15级,浸出鉴别毒性检测和放射性检测结果显示,该产品无毒无放射性。Autoclaved products were prepared with manganese slag and regenerated aggregate in this paper. Through pretreatment of manganese slag, to make it meet the requirements of the raw material for making bricks. The effects of content of lime,cement, manganese slag and recycled aggregate on the mechanical properties of autoclaved products were studied. The results indicate that its best matching ratio for（dry basis） ： cement 20%,lime 6%,manganese slag 59%,recycled aggregate 15%,now the strength grade of autoclaved products reaches MU15 level,and the leaching identification,virus detection and radioactivity test showed that the product was non-toxic and non-radioactive.
