矿物掺合料对CRTSⅢ型板填充自密实混凝土性能影响研究

摘　　要：研究了单掺粉煤灰或矿粉对CRTSⅢ型板填充自密实混凝土流动性、填充性及力学性能的影响,分析了其作用机理。结果表明:单掺粉煤灰的最佳掺量为20%,此时混凝土的扩展度为670 mm、B_J为16.3 mm、T_(500)为6 s、H_2/H_1为0.9;单掺矿粉掺量从15%增大到20%时,自密实混凝土的流动性大幅度提高,扩展度由655 mm提高到710 mm、T_(500)由4 s降至3 s,B_J由25 mm大幅度降低至12.5 mm。配制CRTSⅢ型板填充自密实混凝土时,粉煤灰掺量宜控制在20%～30%,矿粉掺量宜控制在15%～20%。The effect of single doped FA or single mineral powder on the fluidity,filling and mechanical properties of a new type of CRTS Ⅲ type plate filled self compacting concrete was studied and its mechanism of action was analyzed. The results show that：the optimum mixing amount of single fly ash is 20%,the extensibility of concrete reaches 670mm,Bj has reached 16.3 mm, T500 has reached 6 s and H2/H1 has reached 0.9;when the content of single mineral powder increased from 15% to 20%,the fluidity of self-compacting concrete increased greatly,the expansion increased from 655 mm to 710mm and T500 decreased from 4 s to 3 s,and BJ decreased from 25 mm to 12.5 mm. When preparing CRTS Ⅲ type plate filled self compacting concrete,the content of fly ash shall be controlled at range of 20%~30% and the content of slag shall be controlled at range of 15%-20%.
