摘  要:目的:探讨利用中国数字化人体数据集(CVH)建立正常女性腹股沟区解剖结构三维可视化模型的方法及意义。方法:选择3例无器质性病变的女性盆腔段CVH,对腹股沟区解剖结构进行识别、分割、创建可视化模型。结果:成功构建出女性骨盆及腹股沟区相关结构,各个断面图像清晰,色彩逼真,肌肉、骨骼、纤维结缔组织、血管、脂肪之间形成明显的对比,利用软件建立了三维可视化三维模型,可全方位观察各结构之间解剖关系,并在三维模型基础上对各项指标进行了量化。结论:利用CVH建立的女性腹股沟区解剖结构三维可视化模型精准而不失真,是研究腹股沟区解剖的好方法,为外阴癌的腹腔镜手术模拟、指导和解剖教学提供了实用性资料。Objective:To study the method and significance of three-dimensional(3D)visualisation model of anatomic structure of normal female inguinal region by using Chinese Visible Human (CVH data set. Methods: Three cases of female CVH without any organic diseases were selected. The visualized model of their anatomical structures were identified, segmented and created. Results:The female pelvic floor and inguinal region structures were constructed, each section of the image were clear and vivid, the muscle, bone, connective tissue, blood ves- sels and fat were contrasted obviously ,the 3D visualized models were created based on software,the relationship between all anatomic structures could be observed all-round on these models. Conclusions :The 3D visualisation models of female inguinal region based on CVH data set is accurate and distortionless. It is a good way to study the anatomic structure of inguinal region and provide practical data for anatomic teaching of laparoscopic surgery like vulvar carcinoma.
