摘 要:为了保护环境,降低甲醇对测试人员的健康危害风险,提出一种变压器油中糠醛含量检测方法。该方法采用纯水对变压器油中糠醛含量进行萃取,采用体积分数为30%的乙醇-水溶液做流动相对萃取液进行梯度洗脱。研究结果表明,纯水替代甲醇获得良好的萃取效果,体积分数为30%的乙醇-水溶液替代体积分数为80%的甲醇-水溶液做流动相,可达到良好的分离效果。所提出的方法稳定性好,准确度高,对测试人员以及环境友好,实现了绿色环保。In order to protect environment and reduce the hazard risk of methanol to the health of testing personnel,a test method of furfural content in transformer oil is proposed.Pure water is used to extract the furfural content in transformer oil in the method and the ethanol-water solution with the 30% volume fraction is used as mobile phase to realize the gradient elution of extraction solution.Study results show that the replacement of methanol by pure water can obtain better extraction effect and the replacement of the methanol-water solution with the 80% volume fraction by the ethanol-water solution with the 30% volume fraction as mobile phase can achieve better separation effect.The proposed method has good stability,high accuracy and is friendly to testing personnel and environment,which realizes the green environmental protection.
