摘  要:目前针对干式变压器铜铝线圈材质检测缺少一种非破坏性快速准确鉴别的方法。为此,根据干式变压器特点,结合涡流检测原理,设计开发了一套干式变压器线圈材质检测系统。该系统通过检测干式变压器线圈导线宽度和特征相位,并将检测到的特征相位与同宽度铜铝对比试样的特征相位进行对比,可确定线圈导线铜铝材质。经现场检测验证,该系统具备准确鉴别干式变压器铜铝线圈材质的能力。There is a lack of a non-destructive,rapid and accurate identification method to test the material of the copper and aluminum winding of dry-type transformer.So based on the characteristics of the dry-type transformer and combing with the principle of eddy current test,a set of dry-type transformer winding material testing system is designed and developed.By testing the conductor width and the characteristic phase of the dry-type transformer winding and comparing the characteristic phase tested with the characteristic phase of the contrast sample which has the same width,the system can determine the copper and aluminum material of the winding conductor.It is testified by field test that the system has the capability to identify accurately the material of the copper and aluminum winding of dry-type transformer.
