射干麻黄汤治疗哮喘的疗效及对患者肺功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:对射干麻黄汤进行哮喘治疗的效果以及对患者肺功能改善的作用进行研究。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2018年3月收治的140例急性支气管哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组两个组别,每组各70例,其中,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予射干麻黄汤加味治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果以及患者治疗前后肺功能变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率为91.4%,对照组为77.1%,且观察组治疗前后肺功能改善变化较对照组显著,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:射干麻黄汤进行支气管哮喘治疗效果显著,能够有效促进患者肺功能改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study efficacy of the Shegan Mahuang decoction （射干麻黄汤） on asthma and its effect of pulmonary function.Methods： From March 2015 to March 2018, 140 cases were divided into two groups, 70 cases in each. The control group was given conventional western medicine; and the observation group was given the Shegan Mahuang decoction. Results： The total efficiency was 91.4% in the observation group, higher than 77.1% in the control group. The pulmonary function in the observation group was better,P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Shegan Mahuang decoction on asthma shows a good effect, can improve pulmonary function, and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
