身痛逐瘀汤辅佐蜂针治疗风湿关节痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤辅佐蜂针治疗风湿关节痛的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2017年6月收治的60例风湿关节痛患者按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组30例予以蜂针治疗,研究组30例加以身痛逐瘀汤辅佐治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、干预前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(66.66%)(P <0.05)。两组患者干预前VAS评分比较无显著性差异(P> 0.05),干预后两组VAS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者干预前ESR、CRP、RF比较无显著性差异(P> 0.05),干预后两组ESR、CRP、RF均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤辅佐蜂针治疗风湿关节痛可显著改善患者临床症状,降低风湿关节痛指标,安全有效,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction （ 身痛逐瘀汤） plus bee-sting on rheumatoid arthralgia. Methods： From January 2016 to June 2017, 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each. The control group was given bee-sting; and the study group was given the Shentong Zhuyu decoction more. Results： The total efficacy was 90.00% in the study group, higher than 66.66% in the control group. After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly lower, and those in the study group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. ESR, CRP and RF were significantly lower in two groups after intervention, and those in the study group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus bee-sting on rheumatoid arthralgia can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the index of rheumatoid arthralgia, safe and effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
