研究温肾调经助孕汤治疗肾虚宫寒型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨温肾调经助孕汤治疗肾虚宫寒型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年8月就诊于本院的62例排卵障碍性不孕症(肾虚宫寒型)患者作为本次研究对象,随机将62例患者分为实验组(31例)和对照组(31例),对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,实验组采用温肾调经助孕汤治疗,比较最终疗效。结果:实验组患者BBT双相型出现率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);排卵率同样明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗总有效率比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:采用温肾调经助孕汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症(肾虚宫寒型)效果显著,可明显缩短患者治疗时间,药物副作用少,治疗安全性高,值得推广。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Wenshen Tiaojing Zhuyun decoction （ 温肾调经助孕汤 ） on sterility due to anovulation of the Shenxu Gonghan type （ 肾虚宫寒型 ）. Methods： From June 2016 to August 2017, 62 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, 31 patients in each. The control group was given conventional treatment; and the experimental group was given the Wenshen Tiaojing Zhuyun decoction. Results： The incidence of BBT biphasic and the ovulation rate were significantly higher in the experhnental group （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency in the experimental group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Wenshen Tiaojing Zhuyun decoction on sterility due to anovulation of the Shenxu Gonghan type shows a good effect, can significantly shorten the treatment time, with less adverse reactions, safe and is worthy of promotion.
