摘　　要：人民法院作为国家机关之一,是国家法制的象征,是对公众进行法制教育的生动场所[1]。法院复杂的建筑性质和功能决定了以"秩序"、"威严"、"崇高"为代表的传统建筑特性,同时随着时代的发展也被赋予了新的内涵。在对建筑的环境、流线、形态三者进行分析之后,对于枣庄市薛城区人民法院综合楼现有的地形、复杂的流线组织以及特定的建筑性质提供了一种新颖的解决方案,对新时期法院建设中的新秩序做了一定的创新与探索。重点对发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的过程进行了阐述。The People＇s Court, as one of the state organs, is the symbol of the national legal system and a actively place for the public to obtain legal education. The complex nature and function of the court determine the traditional architectural characteristics represented by order, solemnity and loftiness, and are given to new connotations with the development of the times. After the analysis on the architectural environment, streamline and form, we provide a novel solution for the existing topography, complex streamline organization and specific nature of the comprehensive building of Xuecheng District People＇s Court, Zaozhuang City, and do some innovation and exploration on the new order in the construction of court in the new period. Finally we focus on the process of finding, analyzing and solving problems.
