摘　　要：目的:对鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉疗效进行分析。方法:将某院2014年3月~2017年3月间收治的声带息肉患者82例作为临床研究对象,采取双盲法分为研究组(n=41)及对照组(n=41)。对照组采取支撑喉镜治疗,研究组采取鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组治愈率(95.12%)较对照组(80.49%)更高(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为9.76%,对照组并发症发生率为12.19%,两组并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉临床效果较优,可实现声带息肉精确切除,安全可靠。Objective： To analyze the effect of nasal endoscopy combined with laryngoscope in the treat ment of vocal cord polyps. Methods： 82 cases of vocal cord polyps admitted ina hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as clinical research subjects. They were divided into study group （n=41） and con trol group （n=41） according to double blind method. The control group took the suspension laryngoscope treatment, the study group took the nasal endoscopy combined with the suspension laryngoscope, compared the effect of the two groups. Results：The cure rate （95.12~） in the study group was higher than that in the control group （80.49%） （P〈0.05）; The complication rate in the study group was 9.76%, that in the con trol group was 12.19%, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of vocal polyps with nasal endoscopy combined with sus pension laryngoscope is effective. It can achieve accurate resection of vocal cord polyps, and is safe and relia ble.
