摘  要:为提高设备的设计效率和合理性,以大吨位惯性摩擦焊机的主轴为研究对象,建立了主轴系统的有限元模型,对主轴系统的静态特性和动态特性进行数值计算,并获得了主轴受力后的变形量以及模态分析的振型特点。分析结果表明:惯性摩擦焊机的主轴静态受力变形满足设计要求;一阶临界转速远高于主轴的最高工作转速,主轴不会发生共振。动静态的特性分析证明了主轴结构设计是合理的,为惯性摩擦焊机主轴系统的优化设计奠定了基础。In order to improve the design efficiency and rationality of the equipment,the spindle of an inertial friction welding machine with large tonnage is studied.The three dimensional finite element model of the spindle system is established,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle system are calculated,and the deformation and the vibration modes of the spindle are obtained.The analysis results show that the static deformation of the main shaft of inertia friction welding machine can meet the design requirements.The maximum working speed of the spindle is far below the first order critical speed,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance.The dynamic and static characteristics analysis verifies the rationality of the main shaft structure design,and it lays a foundation for the optimization design of the spindle system of inertia friction welding machine.
