摘 要:软土地区开挖面以下有层含水量较高的淤泥质粉质土层,淤泥质粉质土层的土质较差,土体含水量较高,渗透性较小,如果没有强有力的降水措施,当基坑开挖至该层土时,地下水在水头差产生的动水压力作用下易发生土体流变、回弹隆起现象,严重的会导致坑壁坍塌,坑底失稳。基于此,本文以软土地区某工业园区项目为例,介绍了软土地区深基坑降水施工方案,通过对工程地质进行分析,结合项目特点制定了降水方案,经过项目实践得出,该方案切实可行,满足了各方要求。There are layers of silty soil with high water content below the excavation face in soft soil area. Silty soil layer is poor in soil quality, high in water content and low in permeability. Without strong dewatering measures, when the foundation pit is excavated to this layer of soil, groundwater is prone to rheology and rebound uplift under the action of dynamic water pressure caused by water head difference, which can lead to the collapse of the pit wall and the instability of the bottom of the pit. Based on this, taking an industrial park project in soft soil area as an example, this paper introduced the construction scheme of deep foundation pit dewatering in soft soil area. Through the analysis of engineering geology and combining with the characteristics of the project, the dewatering scheme was formulated. The project practice showed that the scheme was feasible and met the requirements of all parties.
