金银花复方制剂对新城疫病毒感染雏鸡免疫器官抗体生成细胞数量的影响

摘  要:为探讨金银花复方制剂对新城疫病毒(NDV)感染雏鸡免疫器官抗体生成细胞数量的影响,本实验采用免疫酶组织化学法对NDV感染雏鸡免疫器官抗体生成细胞数量进行检测。结果显示,在NDV感染初期,NDV感染组雏鸡免疫器官抗体生成细胞数量与对照组雏鸡相比明显降低,表明NDV感染抑制了雏鸡的免疫功能;金银花复方制剂治疗组雏鸡免疫器官抗体生成细胞数量明显高于NDV感染组雏鸡,并且从第7天开始抗体生成细胞数量迅速恢复到对照组雏鸡的水平,表明金银花复方制剂提高了雏鸡的免疫功能。To investigate the effect of honeysuckle compound preparation on the number of antibody-producing cells in immuneorgans of chickens infected with Newcastle disease virus(NDV). Immunohistochemistry were used to detective number of antibody-producing cells in immune organs of chickens. The results showed that the number of antibody - producing cells in Immune organs ofchickens infected with NDV were remarkably decreased remarkably in the early stage of infection comparing with that of the controlgroup, indicating that NDV infection could reduce the number of antibody-producing cells in immune organs of chickens and suppressimmune function. The number of antibody-producing cells in immune organs of chickens treated with honeysuckle compound preparationwere significantly higher than those in chickens infected with NDV and the number reached to the level of control group after 7 days. Ourresults indicated that honeysuckle compound preparation could protect antibody-producing cells in immune organs of chickens and en-hance the immune response level.
