中药颗粒剂对传染性腔上囊病(IBD)鸡免疫器官修复作用的研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在检查自制中药颗粒剂对传染性腔上囊病(IBD)鸡免疫器官损伤的修复作用。扑杀传染性腔上囊病自然耐过鸡和用中药颗粒剂治疗而康复的鸡,眼观病理学变化后,无菌采集试验鸡的腔上囊、脾脏、肝脏等免疫器官,通过石蜡切片,H. E染色,显微镜观察该中药颗粒剂对其主要免疫器官病理组织学的影响。结果显示,该中药颗粒剂治疗组鸡的腔上囊、脾脏的眼观病变及镜检组织学损伤基本修复,并表现为代偿性免疫增强象征。而自然耐过鸡的腔上囊、脾脏仍呈不同程度的病理变化及组织学损伤。结果表明,自制中药颗粒剂能够显著修复腔上囊病鸡免疫器官的病理性的损伤,修复腔上囊病鸡的免疫功能。This experiment was conducted to assess the rehabilitation of immune organ of affected chicken for infectious bursaldisease （IBD） by using herbal medicine pellets. The recovered chickens infected with IBD of control group without using drugs andtreatment group using the granular formulation of herbal medicine pellets were killed, and their immune organs such as bursa, spleenand liver were collected to evaluate the histopathology change under the microscope by means of histological section technique. Theresult displayed that histologic lesions of bursa and spleen in herbal medicine group were repaired, and manifested vicarious immuneenhancement symbol, while bursa and spleen in natural resisted chicken presented pathological change and histologic lesions in var-ying degrees. The result showed that herbal medicine can repair pathological damage in immune organs of Bursal disease chicken andremarkably repair immunologic function.
