不同剂量依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:收治慢性荨麻疹患者240例,随机分为4组。A组给予依巴斯汀20 mg治疗,B组给予依巴斯汀10 mg治疗,C组给予地氯雷他定5 mg治疗,D组给予西替利嗪10 mg治疗。比较4组治疗前及治疗后第1周、第4周荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS7)。结果:A组治疗第1周、第4周UAS7评分低于B组、C组、D组,A组完全缓解率明显高于B组、C组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4组镇静、嗜睡比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依巴斯汀2倍剂量治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of ebastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods： 240 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were divided into four groups randomly.Group A was treated with Ebastine 20 mg, group B was treated with Ebastine 10 rag,group C was treated with desloratadine 5 mg,and group D was treated with cetirizine 10 rag.The urticaria activity- score （UAS7） was compared between the four groups before treatment,at the first week and fourth week after treatment.Resuhs：The UAS7 score of group A was lower than that of group B,group C and group D at the first and fourth week of treatment,and the complete remission rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B,group C and group D, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.There was a significant difference between the four groups in sedation and lethargy（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of two times doses of ebastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria was significant.
