美宝烧伤膏联合如意金黄散对药物渗漏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨美宝烧伤膏联合如意金黄散对药物渗漏的疗效。方法:收治发生药物渗漏患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组应用如意金黄散外敷,观察组应用美宝烧伤膏联合如意金黄散外敷。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组。结论:美宝烧伤膏联合如意金黄散外敷能有效治疗药物渗漏所致皮肤静脉炎。Objective：To explore the effect of MEBO combined with Ru Yi Jin Huang San on drug leakage.Methods：60 patients with drug leakage were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ru Yi Jin Huang powder for external application,while the observation group was treated with MEBO combined with Ru Yi Jin Huang powder for external application.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion：MEBO combined with Ru Yi Jin Huang powder can treat skin phlebitis caused by drug leakage effectively.
