摘　　要：目的:探讨抗磷脂抗体相关性习惯性流产(aPL-RM)妇女的黄体中期子宫内膜血流特点。方法:收治aPL-RM妇女91例作为研究组,以同期接受体检的91例健康妇女作为对照组。对比两组妇女的临床特征。结果:研究组血管血流指数、内膜血管指数、内膜血流指数小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:aPL-RM妇女处于非妊娠期时,对其行三维超声能量的多普勒血流图(3-DU-PDA)检查,可以对黄体中期子宫内膜血流情况进行有效反映,从而为后期治疗提供参考依据。Objective：To investigate the characteristics of endometrial blood flow in midluteal phase of women with antiphospholipid antibody related habitual abortion.Methods：91 women with aPL-RM were enrolled in the study group and 91 healthy women were enrolled in the control group.Results：Vascular blood flow index,intimal blood flow index and intimal blood flow index in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：When aPL-RM women are in non-pregnancy,3-DU-PDA can effectively reflect the endometrial blood flow in the middle luteal phase,so as to provide reference data for the later treatment.
