集束化护理在控制ICU中心静脉导管相关性感染中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理在ICU中心静脉导管相关感染的影响。方法:将中心静脉置管的患者172例分观察组和对照组,各组均86例。对照组进行常规中心静脉置管护理,观察组患者进行集束化护理干预。结果:观察组患者中心静脉置管相关感染发生率比对照组低,且中心静脉带管天数及住ICU天数也少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理在ICU护理中具有重要的作用,能减少中心静脉导管相关感染的发生。Objective：To explore the influence of cluster nursing on central venous catheter related infection in ICU center. Methods：172 patiems with central venous catheterizalion in ICU department were divided into the observation group and the control group,86 cases in each group.The control group received routine central venous catheterization nursing while the observation group received cluster nursing intervention.Results：The incidence of central venous catheterization-related infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the days of central venous catheterization and ICU stay were also lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conelusion：Cluster nursing plays an important role in ICU nursing and can reduce the incidence of central venous catheter related infection.
