转型发展视角下应用型高校建设探讨——以景德镇学院为例

摘　　要：教育部已明确高校转型改革的方向,部分本科高校向应用型转型是必然趋势。新建地方本科高校在探索出路、谋求发展时,首先要明确应用型地方本科高校的科学定位。立足于地方的深厚根基,把握应用型这个根本特征,走开放发展之路。充分认识到转向应用型办学面临的机遇与挑战,转变观念,增强本科办学意识,全面提升办学能力和学校管理服务水平,以优势整合和差异发展为抓手,发挥办学优势,凝练办学特色。The direction for reform and transformation of colleges and universities set by the Ministry of Education has beenclear and definite, which indicates that it is an irresistible trend for some colleges and universities to veer towards the applicationorientedones. For a brilliant success, it is essential for the regional colleges and universities to fully understand the real connotationof application-oriented schools. With a profound cultural foundation and keeping in mind the basic characteristics of applicationorientedschools, we must take the road of opening up and development. Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by theapplication -oriented transformation,we must change the educational concept, strengthen the awareness of running a school forundergraduates, comprehensively improve the school-running ability and school management services so as to cultivate the uniquefeatures and school-running characteristics of the regional colleges and universities through integrating the local advantages into theschool running process.
