羟苯磺酸钙治疗下肢静脉曲张溃疡的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨羟苯磺酸钙治疗下肢静脉曲张溃疡的临床价值。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年3月本院收治的下肢静脉曲张所致溃疡形成者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。对照组患者行患肢抬高、使用医用弹力袜穿戴处理,观察组则在对照组基础上使用羟苯磺酸钙,连续治疗3周为1疗程。比较治疗前后两组患者足背温度变化情况,统计两组治疗后下肢创面愈合情况与及疼痛缓解情况,对所有患者进行6个月随访,比较干预后6个月内两组存在的不适症状(间歇性跛行、静息痛与溃疡或坏疽)。结果:治疗后观察组足背温度高于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后下肢创面愈合时间早于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中仍存在间歇性跛行、静息痛与溃疡或坏疽的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对下肢静脉曲张溃疡患者,在穿戴弹力袜、下肢抬高等保守治疗基础上,联合使用羟苯磺酸钙,能显著促进血液循环能力,改善其临床症状,促进创面愈合。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of varicose ulcer of the lower extremity. Methods： 80 cases of ulcer caused by varicose veins in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases each. The control group used limbs elevation, and dressed in medical elastic stockings, and the observation group used calcium dobesilate treatment. The courses of continuous treatment was 3 weeks. The changes of foot dorsal temperature in both groups before and after treatment were compared. The wound healing and pain relief of lower extremities after treatment were analyzed. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The discomfort symptoms of both groups were compared within 6 months after intervention sexual claudication, rest pain and ulcer or gangrene）. Results： After treatment, the temperature of the dorsal foot in the observation group was higher than control group before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. The healing time of lower limb wound in the observation group was earlier than control group （P〈0.05）, and the pain relief time was significantly earlier than control group（P〈0.05）. The ratio of resting pain to ulcer or gangrene was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： In patients with lower extremity varicose veins, the combination of calcium dobesilate can significantly promote blood circulation and improve clinical symptoms and promote wound healing.
