摘　　要：本文深入分析《水利工程建设与管理数据库表结构及标识符》(SL 700—2015)的基础结构,通过已经在新一轮水库大坝注册登记和复查换证工作中推广运行的全国水库大坝注册登记申报系统介绍SL 700—2015在水利信息化管理中的实际应用,并研究了物联网、云计算和大数据等新兴的信息化技术在水利信息化管理的进一步融合过程中对信息标准化的要求。The infrastructure of ‘Structure and Identifiers of Database for Construcion and Management of Water Projects （SL 700—2015）’ is deeply analyzed in the paper. Actual application of SL 700—2015 in water conservancy informatization management is introduced through national reservoir dam registration and declaration system promoted and operated in new round reservoir dam registration and review renewal work. The requirements of Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and other emerging information technology in further integration process of water conservancy information management are studied.
