民众视域下灾后建设之三维思考--基于5·12汶川特大地震十周年纪念调查访谈

摘　　要：2018年是5·12汶川特大地震十周年,灾后十年期间,党和政府高度重视灾区建设,在灾区群众的努力和全国人民的帮助下,地震灾区已迎来新的生活。基于对灾区群众的调查访谈,从记忆之维、生活之维、教育之维三重维度探讨灾区灾后建设的民众认知,阐明在党和国家的民生情怀关怀下,灾区群众在灾后建设中奋发图强,走向了富裕幸福的新生活,并在社会风气中培育、传递了感恩意识,灾区社会呈现和谐美丽新篇章。2018 is the 10th anniversary of the May 12th Wenchuan Earthquake. During the decade after the disaster, the Communist Party of China and the government attached great importance to the construction of the disaster area. With the efforts of the people in the disaster area and the help of the people of the whole country, the earthquake-stricken area has ushered in a new life. Based on the investigation and interviews of the people in the disaster area, the article explores the public perception of post-disaster construction in the disaster area from three dimensions including memory, livelihood and education. And the article also states that how people in the disaster area have worked hard in the post-disaster construction to move towards a new life of prosperity and happiness under the concern for people’s livelihood of the Communist Party of China and the government. Besides, people in the disaster area have cultivated and conveyed a sense of gratitude in the social morality so that the society in the disaster area has presented a new chapter of harmony and beauty.
