摘 要:通过盆栽试验探讨不同钾素水平对烟草香气物质种类和相对含量的影响。采用石油醚提取物的测定和顶空-固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术,研究不同钾水平下烟草香气物质的变化规律。结果表明,低钾水平下(2.5 g/株),石油醚提取物的含量较低,而钾水平为5.0 g/株时,石油醚提取物的含量最高。匹配度在90%以上的组分共检测出49种,主要由烷烃、烯烃、醛、酚、酸、酯、酮和呋喃等化合物组成。气相色谱-质谱联用检测的结果显示,一定程度上提高钾的施加量可增加香气成分中醛类物质的相对含量,但过高的钾素水平(10.0 g/株)反而不利于酮类物质的积累。Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of potassium levels on the contents of aroma components in tobacco leaves. The aroma components in tobacco under different potassium levels were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro-extraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the contents of petroleum ether extraction were also determined. Compared with the potassium level of 5.0 g per plant,the content of petroleum ether extract was higher than that at the level of 2.5 g per plant. 49 components with matching degree of more than 90% were detected,mainly composed of alkanes,alkenes,aldehydes,phenol,acids,ester,ketones,furans. There was an increase in the relative content of aldehydes in the aroma components induced by higher potassium levels,while the accumulation of ketones decreased at 10.0 g per plant.
