摘  要:以微波功率、提取时间和原料固液比为主要因素,采用L9(33)正交试验进行微波辅助提取萱花草(H.emerocallisfulva)总皂苷工艺条件的优化,所得最佳提取工艺条件为微波功率420 W、提取时间45 s、原料固液比1∶50(g∶mL)。采用SRB法研究萱花草总皂苷对人肝癌HepG2细胞的体外抗肿瘤活性,试验结果表明萱花草总皂苷对人肝癌HepG2细胞株有良好的抗肿瘤活性,且优于人参皂苷Rb1的阳性对照组。Using microwave pouter, extracted time and solid-liquid ratio as main factors, the L9(3^3) orthogonal design was used for optimizing the extraction conditions of total saponins from H.emerocallisfulva. The optimum conditions were as:microwave power at 420 W,45 s of extracted time and solid-liquid ratio at l:50(g:mL). Antitumor activity of total saponins from H.emerocallisfulva was studied by the SRB assay,the result shows that total saponins from H.emerocallisfulva demonstrated good antitumor activity on human hepatoma HepG2 cells,and better than the ginsenosides Rb1.
