摘　　要：室性期前收缩是一种常见的心律失常,现就室性期前收缩的负荷、昼夜节律、起源、联律间期及QRS波群的形态、时限等对左心室结构和功能的影响做一综述。Premature ventricular contraction（PVC）is a common arrhythmia.The burden,day-night rhythm,origin,coupling intervals,QRS wave shape,width of PVC and more are associated with the left ventricular structure and systolic dysfunction.In this paper,the influence of PVC is reviewed.
