摘 要:近年来,以细胞为基础治疗急性心肌梗死得到了广泛关注,研究表明以骨髓来源细胞进行治疗能够取得很好的疗效。对急性心肌梗死患者的骨髓细胞进行分析发现,由骨髓来源的单核细胞和巨噬细胞分泌的蛋白质在骨髓细胞治疗急性心肌梗死中起到重要作用,这种蛋白质被命名为髓源性生长因子。研究发现髓源性生长因子具有增强血管内皮细胞增殖,促进血管生成,保护心肌细胞的作用,现主要对髓源性生长因子的研究进展进行阐述。Cell-based therapy for acute myocardial infarction has received extensive attention in recent years,and some studies have shown that bone marrow-derived cells have a good therapeutic effect.Analysis of bone marrow cells in patients with acute myocardial infarction found that proteins secreted by bone marrow-derived monocytes and macrophages play an important role in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.The protein was named as myeloid-derived growth factor.It is reported that myeloid-derived growth factor can enhances the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells,promotes angiogenesis,and protects cardiomyocytes.We mainly describe the research progress of myeloid-derived growth factors.
