摘　　要：胱抑素C是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,人体内几乎所有有核细胞均可表达,胱抑素C与肾功能损害程度密切相关,是评价肾功能损害的一项灵敏且特异的指标。越来越多的研究发现胱抑素C与心力衰竭、高血压、冠心病等多种心血管疾病密切相关,现就胱抑素C在心力衰竭的发病机制、诊断、严重程度判断以及预后中的可能作用做一综述。Cystatin C is a cysteine protease inhibitor that is expressed in almost all nucleated cells in the human body.Cystatin C is closely related to the degree of renal impairment and is a sensitive and specific indicator for evaluating renal impairment.In recent years,more and more studies have found that cystatin C is closely related to various cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,hypertension,and coronary heart disease.This article reviews the possible role of cystatin C in the pathogenesis,diagnosis,severity judgment,and prognosis of heart failure.
