摘  要:冠状动脉微循环障碍严重影响了冠心病患者的生存率及预后,是临床中亟待解决的难题,其已成为近年来心血管病防治领域的研究热点。随着研究的深入,冠状动脉微循环障碍方面取得了一些新的成就,现就其机制及其治疗的最新进展予以综述。Coronary microvascular dysfunction has seriously affected the survival rate and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease,which is a difficult problem to be solved in clinical practice.It has become the research hotspot in the field of cardiovascular disease prevention in recent years.With the further research,some progress has been made in microvascular dysfunction.This paper reviews the latest progress in its mechanism and its treatment.
