摘　　要：他汀类药物,即羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂,降低血浆胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的疗效确切,目前广泛应用于降低血脂水平和对心脑血管疾病的一级和二级预防。在长期临床实践及研究中,人们逐渐发现和证实了他汀类药物具有其他多种辅助性效能,即多效性作用,其中就包括对心房颤动的防治作用。Statins and HMG CoA reductase inhibitors,effectively reduce plasma cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.They are currently widely used in reducing blood lipid levels,and the primary and secondary prevention for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In addition,in long-term clinical practice and research,people gradually found and confirmed that statins have a variety of other auxiliary effects and named it pleiotropic effects,including the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
