广西壮瑶药重大科技创新基地建设的研究

摘　　要：本文对广西壮瑶药重大科技创新基地建设进行研究，提出基地建设主要内涵：一是壮瑶药理论基础、品种鉴定及资源开发研究，二是壮瑶药物质基础与质量控制研究，三是壮瑶药筛选与安全性评价的基础研究，四是壮瑶药制剂与关键技术应用基础研究；指出抓好基地建设五大要素是关键；认为壮瑶药基地的建设为促进壮瑶药发展能力的提升及壮瑶药创新创业人才集聚与培养，为实现广西医药制造产业千亿元目标、促进大健康战略发展提供基础与创新动力源。The paper focused on the construction for major scientific and technological innovation base on Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medicine in Guangxi, so as to propose the contents for base construction, including the research on theoretical foundation, variety identification and resource development of Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medieine; the research on material basis and quality control of Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medieine; the basic research on screening and safety evaluation of Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medieine; the basic research on preparation and key technology application of Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medicine. The paper also pointed out the significance of five key factors for base construction. The base construction of the Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medicine can promote the industrial development capacity of Zhuang And Yao Ethnic Medicine as well as the accumulation and cultivation ofinnovative and entrepreneurial talents, so as to provide the {oundation and innovative power {or achieving the goal o{ hundreds o{ billions o{ yuan in the pharmaceutical manu{aeturing industry in Guangxi as well as the large scale health industry development.
