摘　　要：目的：探讨铁皮石斛多糖含量的变化以及其药理作用。方法：通过文献研究，总结归纳铁皮石槲多糖研究进展。结果：表明铁皮石斛的不同部位、不同生长年份、不同生理期、不同产地以及不同外界因素对铁皮石斛多糖含量变化都有一定的影响；铁皮石斛多糖具有增强免疫、抗氧化、抗菌、促进唾液分泌、降血糖、降血压、抗肿瘤等方面的作用。结论：铁皮石斛多糖是铁皮石斛的主要有效成分，调控铁皮石斛多糖含量的变化对保障铁皮石斛的药材产量、品质都具有十分重要的意义。Objective： The paper focused on the content variation and pharmacological action of polysaeeharides in Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis. Method： The research of Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis was summarized by literature research. Results： It was shown that the difference of part, growth time, period, origin and external factors had a certain influence on the content variation of polysaeeharide in Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis. The polysaeeharides of Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis had an enhancing effect on immunity, antioxidation, anti-baeteria, saliva secretion and anti tumor, as well as had a reducing effect on blood sugar and blood pressure. Discussion： The polysaeeharide is the major effective components of Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis. As a result, it is significant to regulate the content variation of polysaeeharides of Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis, so as to guarantee the quantity and quality of Dendrobii Offieinalis Caulis.
