摘 要:目的:对壮药山黄麻进行水分、灰分、浸出物的含量测定及薄层鉴别研究,为该药材质量标准的制定提供实验数据。方法:按《中国药典》(2015年版)有关规定进行显微鉴别、薄层鉴定及水分、灰分、浸出物的含量测定。结果:山黄麻药材的薄层鉴别方法可行,含水量不得过13.0%,总灰分不得过8.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过2.0%,浸出物采用热浸法,用水作溶剂,不得少于17.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性良好,为壮药山黄麻药材质量标准的制定提供了科学实验依据。Objective: The paper focused on the content determination of moisture, ashes and extracts as well as the research on thin layer identification of Trematis Tomentosae Herba, so as to provide the experimental data for its quality standard establishment. Methods: According to the relevant rules in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (Edition 2015), the thiwlayeridentification as well as the content determination of moisture, ashes and extracts were applied in the research. Results: The thiwlayer identification of Trematis Tomentosae Herba was available. The content of moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash should be less than 13.0%, 8.0% and 2.0% respectively. The hot dipping method with the water solvent was applied for the extracts, of which the content should be more than 17.0%. Conclusion: The method shows the utilization convenience,accuracy and good reproducibility, which can provide the experimental evidence for the quality standard establishment of Trematis Tomentosae Herba.
