摘 要:目的:对壮药疣柄磨芋进行水分、灰分、浸出物的含量测定及薄层鉴别研究,为该药材质量标准的制定提供实验数据。方法:按《中国药典》(2015年版)有关规定进行薄层鉴定、水分、灰分及浸出物的含量测定。结果:疣柄磨芋药材的薄层鉴别方法可行,含水量不得过12.0%,总灰分不得过16.0%;酸不溶性灰分不得过2.1%;浸出物采用热浸法,用水作溶剂,不得少于22.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性良好,为壮药疣柄磨芋药材质量标准的制定提供了科学实验依据。Objective: The paper focused on the content determination of moisture, ashes and extracts as well as the research on thiwlayer identification of Amorphophalli Virosi Petiolus, so as to provide the experimental data for its quality standard establishment. Methods: According to the relevant rules in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (Edition 2015), the thiwlayer identification as well as the content determination of moisture, ashes and extracts were applied in the research. Results: The thiwlayer identification of Amorphophalli Virosi Petiolus was available. The content of moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash should be less than 12.0%, 16.0% and 2.1% respectively. The hot dipping method with the water solvent was applied for the extracts, of which the content should be more than 22.0%. Conclusion: The method shows the utilization convenience, accuracy and good reproducibility, which can provide the experimental evidence for the quality standard establishment of Amorphophalli Virosi Petiolus.
