摘 要:目的:研究壮药山桔叶挥发油的含量和化学成分。方法:按《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)中挥发油测定法对山桔叶挥发油进行提取和测定,采用气相色谱质谱联用法对挥发油成分进行分析。结果:6个批次山桔叶提取的挥发油含量分别为0.18%、0.20%、0.23%、0.30%、0.10%及0.20%。从6批次山桔叶分别分离鉴定出30、24、19、18、17、22个化合物,依次占总含量的94.12%、94.09%、90.95%、84.60%、85.01%、93.20%。从山桔叶中共鉴定出36种成分,以萜类化合物为主,其中以β-石竹烯的含量最高。结论:本研究结果可为山桔叶的深入研究及开发利用提供科学依据。Objective: The research focused on the content and chemical components of volatile oil of Glycosmidis Parviflorae Folium. Methods: Accor China (Edition 2015), the mensuration of volatile ding to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of oil was applied for the extraction and determination of volatile oil of Glyeosmidis Parviflorae Folium, and the components of volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatograph mass spectrometer. Results: The content of volatile oil extracted from six batches of Glycosmidis Parviflorae Folium was 0.18%, 0.20%, 0.23%, 0.30%, 0.10% and 0.20% respectively. The chemical components extracted from six batches of Glyeosmidis Parviflorae Folium were 30, 24, 19, 18, 17 and 22 respectively, accounting for 94. 12%, 94. 09%, 90.95%, 84. 60%, 85.01% and 93.20% of the total content respectively. There were 36 components identified from Glyeosmidis Parviflorae Folium, mainly including terpenoid, of which the amount of earyophyllene is the largest. Conclusion: The results can provide the scientific evidence for the iwdepth research on Glyeosmidis Parviflorae Folium as well as its development and utilization.
