摘　　要：在壮医药理论的指导下，重点对有明显资源优势和抗乙肝药效优势的火炭母进行药材品种整理及抗乙肝病毒活性物质的筛选与纯化，制成胶囊剂；对制剂进行工艺研究，建立火炭母胶囊剂的质量标准体系，并对其抗乙肝病毒药效物质基础和安全性评价等方面进行研究；开展民族药研究开发关键共性技术及应用技术攻关，制定一系列相关的技术规范，培养一批高层次的民族药研发人才。为指导广西创新药物的研究开发、质量标准的制定、新药的研制提供系统的技术与方法支撑和示范，推动产业化基地与科研单位的横向合作，促进基础研究成果向壮药产业生产力的转化，为民族药特别是壮药的药品及保健品的开发提供有效技术保障。Under the guidance of the theory of Zhuang medicine, Polygoni Chinensis Herba, with a significant resource advantage, has the effect on anti hepatitis B. The paper focused on the variety arrangement as well as screening and purification of active substances of anti-hepatitis B, which was applied in manufacturing the capsule and the research on preparation process, in order to establish the quality standard system for Polygoni Chinensis Herba capsule. In addition, the paper also focused on the research on efficacy substance basis and safety evaluation of Polygoni Chinensis Herba capsule on antihepatitis so as to launch the key common technology and its a series of relevant technical speeif for ethnic medicine, establish and cultivate a batch of high level talents for research and development of ethnic medicine. As a result, it can provide the guidance, support and demonstration for the research and development, quality standard establishment, as well as technology and methods of novel drugs in Guangxi, so as to promote the horizontal cooperation between industrialization bases and scientific research units, as well as to improve the transformation from basic research achievement to productivity of Zhuang medical industry, which can provide the technical support for the development of ethnic medicine, especially Zhuang medical products and other kinds of health products.
