远程多位一体医疗管理在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨远程多位一体(网页、QQ和微信)医疗管理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用特点及应用疗效.方法采用网页、微信群、QQ群对患者进行妊娠期糖尿病孕妇420例进行管理(标记为观察组),同时收集没有纳入本次研究的妊娠期糖尿病患者400例作为对照组,观察并统计患者一般情况、基本生化指标和预后特点.结果相较于对照组,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖等生化指标明显降低(P<0.05);观察组孕妇妊高症、羊水过多、胎膜早破、感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇早产、死胎、巨大儿、新生儿窒息的发病率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论采用网页、QQ和微信等多位一体管理妊娠期糖尿病患者可以有效地控制患者血糖,降低患者意外发生率、提高新生儿存活率,值得临床应用推广.Objective To explore the application characteristics and application effect of remote multiple management based on web, QQ and WeChat in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 420 cases of gestational diabetes patients were managed（marked as observation group） using web pages, WeChat,and QQ. Meanwhile, 400 cases of gestational diabetes patients not included in remote multiple management were collected as thd control groups. The general condition of patients was observed, and the basic biochemical and prognostic features were also collected. Results Compared with the control group, the biochemical indicators such as fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were significantly lower in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）; the incidence of pregnancy induced by hypertension, polyhydramnios, premature rupture of membranes and infection was lower than that in the observation group（P 〈 0.05） and the incidence of premature delivery, stillbirth, macrosomia and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of web pages, QQ and WeChat to manage gestational diabetes patients can effectively control the blood glucose,reduce the incidence of accidental production and improve the survival rate of newborns. It is worthy of clinical application.
