摘 要:针对吸附式制冷系统中热能供给问题,对太阳运动规律进行了分析,建立了跟踪角坐标系及其运动方程。提出了单轴槽式太阳能跟踪系统中跟踪角传动系统、高度角传动系统等机械传动系统设计方案;针对系统内置算法自动计算、拟合高度角、方位角和正午时间等参数,研究了基于单片机控制,能根据间隔时间自动计算角度差、控制步进电机调整跟踪方位的控制系统;在设计制造的样机上对该跟踪系统进行了运行稳定性及跟踪精度评价,进行了太阳跟踪试验。研究结果表明:该跟踪系统运行稳定可靠、人为干预少,跟踪精度及自动化程度高、集热性能好。Aiming at the problem of heat supply in the adsorption refrigeration system, the sun s motion was analyzed, the tracking angular coordinate system and its motion equation were established.The design scheme of tracking angle transmission system and altitude angle transmission system in the single-shaft slot solar tracking system was presented. By using the built-in automatic calculation, fitting parameters, such as high angle, azimuth angle and noon time,the system controlled by SCM was investigated,which can automatically calculate angle difference according to the interval time. The running stability and tracking accuracy were evaluated on the design and manufacture of the prototype of the tracking system,the sun tracking was tested.The results indicate that the tracking system is stable and reliable, with less human intervention, high tracking accuracy, and the system integrating thermal performance is good.
