摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在医院感染管理质量的提高方面的应用效果。方法该院于2017年3月—2018年3月实行PDCA循环管理模式,统计该段时间内的感染发生情况、清洁消毒操作合格情况以及操作考核情况。用回顾性分析对比的方法,与2016年2月—2017年2月的各类情况进行对比,探讨PDCA循环模式在医院感染管理方面的临床应用效果,得出结论。结果未实行PDCA循环的时间内1 983例患者中85例患者发生感染,感染率高达4.28%,实行PDCA循环后,2 177例患者中仅有50例发生感染,感染发生率为2.30%;进行医院日常清洁消毒操作考核,实施PDCA前合格率为75.38%,实施PDCA后合格率为91.54%,实施前后的临床对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环能够显著降低医院感染发生率,对临床工作人员有一定的监督与加强操作规范的作用,有效提高临床工作人员的操作合格率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in improving the quality of hospital infection management. Methods The PDCA cycle management mode from March 2017 to March 2018 was implemented, and the occurrence of infection, the qualification of cleaning and disinfection operations and the operation assessment during this period were concluded. Using retrospective analysis and comparison methods, compared with various eases from February 2016 to February 2017, the clinical application effect of PDCA circulation mode in hospital infection management was discussed and conclusions were drawn. Results Among the 1983 patients who did not undergo PDCA cycle, 85 patients developed infection, the infection rate was as high as 4.28%. After the PDCA cycle, only 50 of 2177 patients developed infection, and the infection rate was 2.30%. The cleaning and disinfection operation assessment, the pass rate before the implementation of PDCA was 75.38%, the pass rate after the implementation of PDCA was 91.54%, and the clinical contrast before and after the implementation was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, have a certain degree of supervision and strengthen the practice of clinical staff, and effectively improve the operational qualification rate of clinical staff, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
