摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在改善医学影像科室辅助检查工作效率方面的应用效果及影响。方法在医学影像科室内推行使用品管圈管理工具,观察分析应用品管圈前后,医学影像学科室检查效率的变化。结果影像检查效率明显提升,患者检查预约时间缩短。结论品管圈在改善医学影像检查效率方面效果显著,同时有效提升工作量,提高设备运行效率,改善患者就诊体验。Objective To explore the application effect and influence of quality control circle in improving the efficiency of medical imaging department auxiliary examination. Methods The quality control system was used in the medical imaging department to observe and analyze the changes in the examination efficiency of the medical imaging department before and after the application of the quality control circle. Results The efficiency of image examination was significantly improved, and the patient appointment time was shortened. Conclusion The quality control circle has a significant effect in improving the efficiency of medical imaging examination, and at the same time effectively improves workload, improves equipment operation efficiency, and improves patient experience.
