摘　　要：目的分析医药价格改革背景下某公立医院运行情况,探讨医院发展存在的问题,提供发展建议。方法采用Excel 2010和SPSS 19.0统计学软件,对某公立医院改革前后运营数据进行统计描述和分析。结果新医改后,该医院门诊人均费用降低,但整体运行效率欠佳,收入结构不合理,药品、卫生材料成本占比大,政府投入较少。结论落实财政投入,加强成本控制,加强医疗服务体系建设,推进医院薪酬体制改革,提高医院整体运营效率。Objective To analyze the operation of a public hospital under the background of medical price refoml, to explore the problems existing in hospital development, and to provide development suggestions. Methods Excel 2010 and SPSS 19.0 software were used to describe and analyze the operational data of a public hospital before and after the reform. Results After the new medical reform, the per capita cost of the hospital was reduced, but the overall operating efficiency was not good, the income structure was unreasonable, the cost of medicines and sanitary materials was large, and the government invested less. Conclusion Implement financial input, strengthen cost control, strengthen the construction of medical service system, promote the reform of hospital salary system, and improve the overall operational efficiency of hospitals.
