摘　　要：少数民族传统医药知识作为非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,既具有非物质文化遗产的一般性特征,又具有自身的特点。保护少数民族传统医药知识的基因,延续少数民族传统医药知识的生命,实现少数民族传统医药知识的有效保护与活态传承,既需要遵循基于非物质文化遗产资源宏观背景提出的原真性、整体性、可持续性原则,又需要坚持以少数民族传统医药知识特殊性为基础的最少干预和利益均衡原则。只有多种原则相互兼顾,相互促进,才可能实现少数民族传统医药知识传承与保护的最佳预期目标。As an important part of intangible cultural heritage, the knowledge of traditional medicine of ethnic minorities has both the general characteristics of intangible cultural heritage and its own traits. We should adhere to the principles of authenticity, integrity and sustainability based on the macroscopic background of intangible cultural heritage resources, as well as the principles of minimal intervention and balance of interests based on the particularity of the traditional medical knowledge of ethnic minorities so as to protect the genes of the traditional medical knowledge of ethnic minorities, to continue the life of the traditional medical knowledge of ethnic minorities, and to realize the effective protection and active transmission of the traditional medical knowledge of ethnic minorities. It is possible to achieve the best expected goal of the inheritance, transmission and protection of traditional medical knowledge of ethnic minorities only when various principles are taken into account and promote mutually.
