摘  要:汽轮机高压缸切除事故严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行,如果处理不当,严重时会导致转子叶片不可逆的损坏,给发电企业带来严重的损失。由于超超临界机组高压缸切除案例较少,可参考的处理方法不多,运行人员面对此类事件时可能无法及时做出正确判断。结合某发电厂1号机组整套启动期间发生的汽轮机此类事件,分析了上汽超超临界机组DEH系统高压缸切除保护的设置方法和动作原理,详细介绍了该事件的过程和原因,提出相应的防范和优化措施,为同类型机组提供技术参考,避免发生类似事故。High pressure cylinder transfer of steam turbine threatens the safe and stable operation of the unit. If not handled properly, it may even cause irreversible damage to the rotor blades, bring serious losses to power generation enterprises. There are fewer cases of high pressure cylinder transfer in ultra-supereritieal units, and there are not many available treatment methods, the operator may be at a loss in the face of a high pressure cylinder transfer and unable to make correct judgment in time. In combination with the HP cylinder transfer during whole set startup of unit No.1 in a power plant, the paper analyzes the setting method and op- eration principle of HP cylinder transfer protection in DEH system of ultra-supereritieal unit manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Company; it introduces the process and causes of the accident and proposes corresponding preventions and optimization, providing reference for the similar units to prevent the same accidents.
