摘　　要：设计开发了一套多用途压力容器超压泄放教学实验装置,开发的装置可开展泄放结构动作压力标定实验、气体泄放量测定实验、泄放系数测定实验、接管型式对泄放系数的影响实验等。重点介绍实验装置的结构原理、零部件及实验特色。装置已应用安全工程专业实验、大学生创新训练项目、本科毕业设计等教学环节,实际应用效果较好。A comprehensivle experimental device for studying the overpressure venting of pressure vessels was designed. The device can be used to perform multiple experiments, including the activation pressure calibration experiment of venting equipment, the measuring experiment of the discharge capacity, the measuring experiment of the discharge coefficient, and the effect of nozzle type of the discharge coefficient. The structure and principle of the experimental device, the parts and technical indicators and the experimental features were highlighted. The device has been used in several teaching processes including the major experiments of safety engineering of Dalian University of Technology, undergraduate innovation program, and undergraduate graduation project. The applications prove to be in good actual effect.
