摘　　要：毒瓶是昆虫标本采集不可缺少的工具,传统毒瓶在结构和熏蒸试剂使用上存在一定的弊端。结合实验教学的要求,通过不断地总结摸索,设计了一种新型毒瓶。新型毒瓶为分体式结构,包括瓶盖、中间体、药品分隔板、底座四部分。采用有机玻璃制作,具有机械强度高,透光率好等优点,便于学生观察和规范操作。使用新型毒瓶,选用乙酸乙酯或磷化铝作为熏蒸剂,在教学实习标本采集过程中能获得较好的效果。Poison bottle is an indispensable tool for insect specimen collection, and the traditional poison bottle has some disadvantages in the structure and the use of fumigation reagent. Combined with the requirements of experimental teaching, a new type of poison bottle was designed through continuous summarization and exploration. The new poison bottle is made of plexiglass, and the split structure is adopted, including four parts： bottle cap, intermediate, medicine partition board and base. The new poison bottle has the advantages of high mechanical strength and high transmittance, which is convenient for students to observe and standardize the operation. By using ethyl acetate or aluminium phosphide as fumigant, and with new poison bottle, good results can be obtained in specimen collection. In practice, fumigation agents are toxic and dangerous chemicals, and must be strictly managed in accordance with the operating procedures for hazardous chemicals.
